I can help you with a wide range of topics from bringing mindfulness to your daily life, your work, relationships with yourself and others or how to cope with stress and anxiety. A session typically ranges between 45 to 60 minutes and is offered on a sliding scale from £70 to £120 depending on your means.
We start a session with a discussion around your life and where you need support, such as life challenges, circumstances or just guidance for every day life. We practice mindfulness together and I will create a personal meditation program for you (more sessions will be required for further follow ups).
