Come and join our group sittings every Friday at 11am. We gather for 45 minutes to practice together.
This event is self-funded, we welcome donations to help us sustain this offering to the benefit of the community.

A free space for people to come together to feel a sense of belonging, connection and care. These circles involve a practice of compassion, self-reflection, sharing and empathic listening. This is set up so each participant feels valued and seen by others in an inclusive and warm atmosphere. This is free. Please check out the dates below.

A traditional 8-week foundations in mindfulness course (8 lessons) to live with more compassion, peace and resilience for your wellbeing.
All you need is 15 min a day to get you started or restarted with a mindfulness practice.
If you wish to learn about mindfulness or wish to receive mindfulness mentoring on a one-to-one basis.
