Free library drop-in sessions

Come and join our group sittings every Friday at 11am. We gather for 45 minutes to practice together.

This event is self-funded, we welcome donations to help us sustain this offering to the benefit of the community.

When: Every Friday at 11am until 11.45am (no classes during school holidays)

South West London Compassion Circles

A free space for people to come together to feel a sense of belonging, connection and care. These circles involve a practice of compassion, self-reflection, sharing and empathic listening. This is set up so each participant feels valued and seen by others in an inclusive and warm atmosphere. This is free. Please check out the dates below.

When: starts at 6pm, ends at 7pm
